Overview

PMG holds two private aviation businesses reaching the same demand from different directions. One runs four distinct programs rather than a single product — on-demand charter, jet cards, fractional ownership, and aircraft management and sales — which lets it hold a client through changing requirements instead of handing them on once the requirement outgrows a charter booking. The other focuses on worldwide on-demand charter with the whole trip managed end to end.

The aircraft the sector works across run from light jets to premium long-range heavy: Citation CJ3+ and Phenom 300E at one end, the Gulfstream G650 at the other. The position is FAA-certified operations paired with concierge-level service, and it is deliberately asset-light — matching each trip to the right aircraft and operator rather than to one the firm happens to own.
